Sonja William
Studied business administration in Berlin and under a Fulbright scholarship earned a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management in the USA. Involved in all areas of human resources management in the following thirty years of professional activity – on a national and international level. Recently with overall responsibility as HR Director (DACH) of an American corporation. One focus: The initiation and support of business-driven change processes.
Studied economics and then doctorate at the Ruhr University in Bochum. Around 30 years of experience in Corporate Communications – on a national and international level both as a manager and as an independent communications consultant. Experience in large IT and finance projects as well as in the telecommunications, logistics, and energy supply industries. Focus: Crisis communication and reputation management as well as communication in transformation projects.
